Mosaic exists because people once made room for us. Mentors, advocates, non-profits, and inclusive leaders opened doors—and that shaped how we work today.

As our firm grows, we believe responsibility grows with it. We’re committed to extending opportunity outward, especially to organizations supporting special-needs families and immigrant and refugee communities in accessing healthcare, housing, employment, and belonging.

This commitment has taken many forms. One example is Mosaic’s role in helping spearhead the Autism Assessment Fund with Variety BC, an initiative designed to help lower-income families access timely autism assessments—often the critical first step toward meaningful services and support.
