We support final interviews, thorough reference checks, and offer discussions, helping the organization and chosen leader reach a well-informed agreement.
Our involvement continues beyond acceptance. We help plan the transition, clarify early priorities, and connect the incoming leader with relevant supports. We stay in touch as the appointment takes shape.
