Mosaic exists because people once made room for us. Mentors, advocates, non-profits, and inclusive leaders opened doors—and that shaped how we work today.
As our firm grows, we believe responsibility grows with it. We’re committed to extending opportunity outward, especially to organizations supporting families raising children with disabilities and immigrant and refugee communities in accessing healthcare, housing, employment, and belonging.
This commitment has taken many forms. One example is Mosaic’s role in helping fund and establish the Autism Assessment Fund with Variety BC, an initiative designed to help lower-income families access timely autism assessments—often the critical first step toward meaningful services and support.
Some of the organizations and initiatives we support:
Mosaic Gives Back.
-
Variety funds private autism assessments and psychoeducational assessments to help unlimit the potential of BC kids with complex needs.
-
Providing programs and services for children, youth, and adults on the autism spectrum while promoting acceptance and inclusion through training and accessibility consultation across BC and beyond.
-
FACL BC is a diverse coalition of Asian Canadian legal professionals working to promote equity, justice, and opportunity for Asian Canadian legal professionals and the wider community.
-
MP is transforming lives by helping those who are facing low income, living with disabilities, homelessness, substance use, or other barriers to employment.
-
Open Door Group fosters well-being through sustainable, meaningful employment for all and supports inclusive hiring practices to remove employment barriers.
