About BC Non-Profit Housing Association

BC Non-Profit Housing Association (BCNPHA) offers a variety of programs and services to non-profit housing providers to support and strengthen the capacity of the sector. From telecom to financial services and capital planning, BCNPHA develops solutions to save members money and support their operations. BCNPHA represents roughly 635 of the more than 800 non-profit housing providers in British Columbia, and has grown into one of the largest member-driven associations in the country, with over 45 employees an annual operating budget of approximately $9 million.

The Opportunity

BCNPHA is recruiting a new Director of Member Services & Partnerships. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Director of Member Services & Partnerships is an analytical member of the leadership team, and is responsible for implementing strategic partnerships, growing member engagement, and identifying new revenue and business opportunities for the organization, while overseeing marketing, communications, membership, sponsorships, and event planning, supported by a team of seven.

The Director of Member Services & Partnerships is a key entrepreneur for the organization and plays a pivotal role in cultivating impactful relations with vendors, partners, and members. They are responsible for growing and diversifying the organization’s top-line revenue, establishing data-driven communications and marketing plans, analyzing existing programs and innovating new offerings for members through strategic stakeholder engagement and data analysis.

BCNPHA’s leadership team is based out of its Vancouver office at Broadway Tech Park — the office currently operates with a hybrid model of a minimum three days per week in-office, and relocation support may be available for the right candidate.
